| Article: | Gospel Music’s most prestigious awards show will once again return to Music City on January 19, 2013 at the Grand Ole Opry at 6:00 p.m. Kirk Franklin and the gospel duo Mary Mary will serve as host at the 28th annual event. Both acts are dynamic members of the gospel community with Grammy, Stellar and Dove Awards to their credit. Produced annually by Central City Productions, the premier gospel show, now in its 28th year has become a very popular gospel event honoring African Americans in the industry. This one-of-a- kind awards show has showcased top gospel performers and many television and film stars.
